Admissions
Come with a marksheet. Leave knowing the batch.
Admissions are taken at the Farmana office and the Bhawana centre, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 5:30. No online-only admission — someone checks your papers.
KCPPS is an Autonomous Institute run by Sarv Jan Gramin Shiksha Welfare Society. Enrolment is for a training programme, not a university degree. Students from any state may apply. Classes run at our Sonipat office and Delhi centre; the skill is taught for work anywhere in India.
Admission process

Collect the prospectus
Visit the Farmana office or the Bhawana centre, or request course details from the admissions desk.

Check eligibility
Match your last qualification with the programme you wish to join. The desk will say if a seat is free.

Submit documents
Attach photographs, identity proof, and last marksheet with the form. Originals are seen, copies are kept.

Fee and enrolment
Deposit the prescribed fee and collect your registration and roll details.

Batch allotment
You will be allotted a batch, timetable, centre, and student portal access.
Eligibility
| Programme | Requirement |

| CCC | Ability to read and write; 10th preferred. |
| DCA / Tally | 10th pass. Basic computer awareness is helpful for Tally. |
| ADCA | 12th pass, or DCA from a recognised institute. |
| NTT | 12th pass from a recognised board. |
| Beautician / Tailoring | 8th or 10th pass. Age and batch as notified. |

- Aadhaar / identity proof
- Last qualifying marksheet and certificate
- Address proof
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Transfer or character certificate, if asked by the office
Course enrolment
Seats are allotted on a first-come basis after document verification at either working location. Weekend or morning batches may be offered subject to strength.
- Fee once deposited is subject to the institute refund rule mentioned on the form.
- Students must maintain the notified attendance to appear in internal and final assessments.
