1. About KCPPS
Kalpana Chawla Prodyogiki Prashikshan Sansthan (KCPPS) is an autonomous training institute run by Sarv Jan Gramin Shiksha Welfare Society. Its corporate office is in Farmana, Sonipat, and its Delhi training centre is in Bhawana. These terms cover this website, enquiries and related student services. Programme-specific conditions are provided with the admission form or by the admissions desk.
KCPPS provides practical training and institutional diplomas and certificates. It is not a university and does not award university degrees. Any affiliation, approval or registration applies only to the organisation, programme and scope stated in the relevant documents. Students should confirm the qualification and its suitability for their intended employment or further study before enrolling.
2. Course information and admission
Course listings, eligibility information and notices help you choose a programme. Confirm the current fee, syllabus, duration, location, batch timing, available seats and certificate details with the office before making a payment. An online enquiry or a message acknowledgement does not confirm admission or reserve a seat.
Admission depends on the programme's eligibility requirements, document verification, available seats and completion of the notified enrolment process. Give accurate information and submit genuine documents. Tell the office promptly if your name, contact details or other admission records need correction. Applicants under 18 should involve a parent or lawful guardian in admission and payment decisions.
3. Fees, payments, cancellation and refunds
Pay only through a method confirmed by the institute or your authorised centre, and retain your receipt and enrolment details. Ask the office for a written breakdown of tuition, examination, material and other applicable charges before paying. Do not rely on an unverified payment request or a promise made by an unrelated person.
Cancellation, refund, transfer and instalment conditions are those supplied for your programme on the admission form or in the written fee terms, subject to applicable law. This website does not introduce a separate blanket non-refundable rule. Send a request to the office with your enrolment details, payment reference and reason so the applicable conditions can be checked. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy available under law.
4. Classes, attendance and conduct
Follow the timetable, attendance requirements, assessment instructions and safety rules notified for your programme. Use classrooms, computers, tools and training materials responsibly. Respect staff and fellow students, and do not engage in harassment, cheating, impersonation or damage to institute property.
Check official notices and centre communications for schedule changes. If a change affects your ability to attend, contact the office to discuss the arrangements available for your programme.
5. Assessments, results and certificates
Eligibility for assessments and certificates depends on the academic and administrative requirements notified for your programme. Results and downloadable records must relate to your own enrolment or one you are authorised to manage. Report discrepancies to the institute; do not alter a marksheet, certificate, identity card or other issued record.
Training, placement assistance or an institutional certificate does not guarantee a job, salary, government appointment, professional licence, university admission or acceptance by every employer. The receiving employer, authority or institution determines its own requirements.
6. Responsible use of the website and portals
Use only accounts and student records you are entitled to access. Keep login details and student identifiers private, and sign out of staff or branch accounts on shared devices. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, collect other students' records, upload malicious files, send abusive messages or disrupt the service.
Send only information and attachments relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, bank PINs or one-time passwords through the contact form. Contact the office if you suspect unauthorised use of an account or record.
7. Website content and external links
Institute branding, course material, photographs and website content remain subject to the rights of KCPPS or their respective owners. You may use the website for personal information and legitimate student activities. Do not reproduce material commercially, misrepresent an affiliation or misuse the institute's name or logo without permission or another lawful basis.
Links to maps, social networks and other organisations lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link alone is not a guarantee of an external organisation's services or claims.
8. Availability, corrections and your rights
Website information may be corrected or updated, and online services can be interrupted. Contact the office when a time-sensitive admission, payment or examination matter cannot be completed online. Keep copies of important receipts and communications.
These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, and you retain access to the courts, consumer forums and other authorities that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
9. Changes and questions
Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date. A website update does not by itself retrospectively change an agreed fee or remove an existing statutory right. For admission conditions, record corrections or a complaint, use the current office contact details below and include your course or enrolment reference where relevant.
